Sushi Chef

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for culinary arts.
  • Food handler’s certification or equivalent is preferred.
